Remember when Juliet asked, “What’s in a name?” Well, our answer is “a lot.”

Our benefits microsites have become one of our most popular products. And this year, they’re getting some updates, starting with the name.

Introducing the Employee Benefits Hub

We chose the word “hub” because its definition points to the main goal of a benefits site: the effective center of activity and information. Your employees can come to one place to find all of their benefits details, plan summaries, carrier contacts, videos, and more. With a site fully devoted to their benefits, they won’t have to hunt for the information they need—which will increase employee self-sufficiency and reduce questions to HR or benefits teams.

Top 5 reasons you’ll love the hub

Our clients who have opted for an Employee Benefits Hub have become super fans. They enjoy having an online communications vehicle that can be easily updated and maintained year-round.

So, we asked them, “What do you love most about the Employee Benefits Hub?”

We discovered it comes down to five main points.

  1. Keeps the conversation going

Employee Benefits Hubs are a great tool for communicating benefits throughout the year as well as promoting short-term initiatives. Use the Employee Benefits Hub to provide updated plan information, announce important events, encourage action steps, share wellness information, and more. Whenever you communicate with your employees throughout the year, point them to the Employee Benefits Hub to increase engagement and participation in company programs.

  2. Puts employees in the driver’s seat

Employee Benefits Hubs give your employees valuable resources to make educated decisions during onboarding, open enrollment, or throughout the year. Arm your employees with the tools they need to use their benefits wisely and empower them to become better healthcare consumers. It also takes work off your desk and frees up your time to focus on other important goals. With the Employee Benefits Hub, everyone wins!

  3. Reaches the whole family

Typically, the information on your Employee Benefits Hub isn’t confidential or personal. That makes the site easily accessible to the whole family without needing a username or password. The entire family can benefit from easy access to the company’s health and wellness resources.

  4. Accessible anytime, anywhere

Your employees can use any device to visit the Employee Benefits Hub. No matter what time of day or night, they will enjoy streamlined navigation, an organized structure, and clickable links to find answers to their questions quickly. This allows you to link to the Employee Benefits Hub from emails, benefit guides, and company intranets. With a website dedicated solely to benefits, employees will always know where to go for answers.

  5. Measurable results

Employee Benefits Hubs are an effective method of benefits communication, but don’t just take our word for it. You can receive analytic data for page usage and click rates to determine your site’s effectiveness. We can help you take that step with our analytic services.

The Takeaway

Adding an Employee Benefits Hub to your benefits communications offering keeps your employees connected to their benefits all year long. Having this resource at their fingertips boosts their engagement and empowers them to make better decisions about their health and well-being.

2022 Net Promoter Score

What Does This Mean?

Providing the highest level of hospitality is important to us. Surveys give us the feedback we need to continually meet this goal. We’re pretty proud of our Net Promoter Score (NPS). Here’s why:

What Is NPS?

NPS is based on the percentage of survey respondents who are promoters, passives, and detractors:

  • Promoter: Score of 9 or 10
  • Passive: Score of 7 or 8
  • Detractor: Score of 0 to 6

Scores range from -100 to 100. The higher the score, the higher the percentage of promoters versus detractors.

What Is a Good NPS?*

Above 0: Good
Above 20: Favorable
Above 50: Excellent
Above 80: World Class
