(See below for the four ways to do this.)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Register with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.firststophealth.com\/\">First Stop Health<\/a> and complete a FREE virtual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.firststophealth.com\/\">primary care appointment<\/a> (see detailed instructions below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Complete all Medical Premium Discount requirements by <strong>September 15, 2025<\/strong>, to receive the lower rate starting October 1, 2025. <strong><em>(Available only to PPO and HSA plan participants.)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The premium discount is awarded on a quarterly basis. You must have met requirements by the 15th of the month, prior to the new quarter, to be eligible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Your Medical Premium Discount <strong>will not be reflected in ADP<\/strong>. Upon completing the rate requirements, <strong>you will see a credit on your first paycheck<\/strong>, following the effective date. Look for \u201cMED INCENTIVE\u201d under Deductions on your paycheck, to see the amount saved.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><i>*HSA Choice Plus High plan members can save up to 35%, if they are enrolled in Employee Only coverage.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Engage with Rx Savings Solutions<\/h2>\n<p>To complete the requirements for the Medical Premium Discount, you must engage with <a href=\"https:\/\/commpart.com\/renovo\/rx-savings-solutions\/\">Rx Savings Solutions<\/a>.
