The Hartford wants to help you understand your plans and make smart decisions during Open Enrollment.<\/p>\n<p>Please review the valuable resources on this page to learn more about your benefits, the additional services that The Hartford offers, and try out their benefit calculators to see how much insurance you should purchase for your unique needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Life and AD&amp;D Overview<\/h2>\n<p>These benefits protect you and your loved ones financially in the event you are seriously injured or pass away. Renovo provides a basic life and AD&amp;D benefit of $50,000 at no cost to you. You may choose to purchase additional coverage for your spouse and your children.<\/p>\n<p>Because of the change in vendors, this year\u2019s Open Enrollment offers an opportunity for all employees to purchase up to the Guaranteed Issue amount without having to provide Evidence of Insurability (proof of good health). You may choose to enroll in voluntary short-term disability (STD) and\/or voluntary LTD at a low monthly rate.
