Coverage starts the first day of the month following your 30-day new hire period.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re rehired within six months of leaving, coverage begins the first of the month after your rehire date. If you return after more than six months, you follow the same eligibility rules as new hires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Be sure to enroll within 21 days of your hire date<\/strong>. If you miss this window, you\u2019ll only receive Renovo-paid benefits, such as Basic Life and AD&amp;D insurance.
