Plan Designs and Cost Sharing: Existing plan designs and employer/employee cost sharing percentages will remain unchanged.
Updated Coverage Tiers: We are introducing a 4-tier pricing structure in order to provide lower cost options for families with one or more children who do not need a spouse covered. The new tiers are: Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), and Employee + Family.
Open Enrollment Meetings and Materials: We’ll be announcing our Open Enrollment meeting schedule soon, and providing you with detailed benefit guides to help you get the most from your benefit plans.
This will be a Passive Enrollment, however FSA elections do not carry over. You must enroll or re-enroll by November 22, 2024 to participate.
